Nudges For Journey Assignment

 

We can now mass assign journeys automatically through nudges to a targeted population without manual intervention release as 26 Upgrade feature. 

To Enable Nudges

Enabling nudges in Oracle HCM involves configuring a nudge plan with specific criteria, setting up delivery channels, and scheduling the background processes. Administrators must have the Nudge Configuration (ORA_PER_NUDGE_CONFIGURATION_DUTY) duty role to access these features.

Here's how the feature works:

  • Configure a Nudge Plan.

Save the Nudge Plan

Create a Nudge

  • Select Assign Journey as the reason.
  • Choose the specific journey to be assigned.

 

  • When the nudge plan runs, the journey is automatically assigned to all eligible employees.

Run the schedule process

 

 


 Journey is now assigned automatically...

Oracle HCM Absence Orphan Records

Sometimes We come across a less known Error while submitting an Absence in Oracle Cloud HCM with an Error Code ANC-3405194 Likely caused when  Update of Accrual plan is done after an accrual process has already run till a date in future. OR  Entering accrual via HDL in a previous plan period and missing to run calculate accrual.
